So @comcast messed up transferring my service address back in March. 3 days of calling and 12 people later... My internet was shut off this morning and had to call again.... And apparently ya'all thought it was okay to reduce my upload speed by 2/3 and add dl speed. ****

@Xfinity Did you know in 2008 there was a hurricane that hit Galveston Texas causing massive damage, customers canceled their @Xfinity and a few months later found out the company sent them all to collections damaging their credit.
