Why is @Xfinity internet always going out? Never in the 4 years I had Verizon FiOS did the internet go out when everything was fine. Sucks also being forced to use one internet provider.

@Xfinity Not so great putting a cap on our internet for the new year, then trying to charge a penalty. We have 4 kids doing school from home. Along with Scouts, Dance, etc.... online, apparently we used up our allotment. Way to take advatage of bad situation!!

@Xfinity I already have an Acorn TV subscription that I purchased directly from Acorn TV. Is there any way I can sign in to my existing Acorn TV account through Xfinity...? The only option seems to be to pay for another subscription...

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport We have had days of complete outage, then an hour it worked, then 12hrs I couldn’t open Google. We have been talking to Xfinity almost daily. This morning I was promised a tech would come out today, nobody came and I spent another 2hrs on the phone and being hung up on twice.
