@VodafoneUK Please do some research before switching to this company. They are now under investigation by Ofcom and Trading Standards.They do not supply airtime to some PAYG customers,even when it has been paid for. They then promise a refund and this never happens.

@VodafoneUK. My plan has been upgraded to the wrong contract, wrong plan. Informed I would get £423 refund and not need to pay my phone bill for the next 8. Again youve taken money out of my account. No resolution, 2 complaints and multiple phone calls.

@VodafoneUK So it’s only fair after being so critica that I update this thread.I Finlay have SIM cards connected. I’m waiting on the one net still.Customer relations will be calling me Thursday to discuss the complaint. Hopefully a positive outcome and I can begin my next challenges 1/2
