@EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

@EE Yes. However I receive a text from @ee in the evening saying the work has been completed after 10 hours without service and the whole saga starts again the next day and it's been like this for days. My question to @ee is when will the work be totally finished? Can you find out?

@EE @AdiGaskell This is terrible news especially as I’ve recently upgraded to a 24 months contract which I’ll not be able to rescind and did so after specifically asking about roaming in the eu!

Well thanks @EE I have been with you for years have spent enough money with you to keep the good service as it’s is but you are now Going to charge me for working in the eu I can be in the eu for up to 60 days so you are going to charge me £2 a day looks like I’m leaving u then

@EE I had a call from your team already. They couldn't transfer me to the customer service team and there doesn't appear to be a webchat option for broadband, just a very limited bot.
